So exciting! Wendy, who shares our “common room” (living room/office/school room) just brought out a mini fridge we can share with her! WOO HOO! Now I won’t have to walk or drive to the store every morning for my cold Coca Cola Light:)
We plugged it into the power strip that is in the main room. Because in each bedroom, there is one outlet. Not a double, ONE outlet. And because of the way it is on the wall, only certain plugs will even stay in it- the others fall out! So its a bit of a power struggle as to who gets to charge their phone! Just kidding,we take turns.
Josiah decided that our bedroom door needed a handle.
Here is the door to the hallway… and this is where my nemesis can often be found. He is the dog who lives upstairs and he literally pees on our doorstep and poops there all the time. So I clean up dog messes when I don’t have a dog! Someone gave us the idea to sprinkle pepper on the floor out there to discourage that, so we have been doing that, and it has perhaps discouraged the pooping. But even as I was writing this, he came down and seriously peed a huge puddle.
Oh well. I am thankful for paper towels and disinfectant! And overall, I told Wendy that our “casa” is so good we might never leave! 🙂
